Ten years ago, PHH Hospitality was born out of a passion for creating exceptional experiences. Our founder, Hardy Vibert, saw an opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to Hollywood’s nightlife. With a knack for building connections and an entrepreneurial spirit, Hardy launched PHH Hospitality, & later he expanding into real estate about five years into the journey.
“I wanted to create something that wasn’t just about getting people through the door, it was about crafting moments they’d remember,” Hardy shared in a recent interview with Bold Journey. That vision laid the foundation for PHH Hospitality, a company built on relationships, trust, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
From the start, we set out to elevate the VIP experience. Whether it’s securing the best tables at Hollywood’s hottest clubs or ensuring every guest feels like a star, PHH Hospitality quickly became synonymous with quality. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in entertainment, from A-list celebrities to influencers who light up the scene.
Looking back, it’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. In the past 10 years, we’ve expanded our reach, refined our services, and weathered the ups and downs of an ever-evolving industry. From the glitz of Hollywood’s iconic venues to the behind-the-scenes hustle that makes it all happen, we’ve been there through it all.
As Hardy reflected in a Voyage LA feature, “The nightlife industry is fast-paced and unpredictable, but that’s what fuels me. It’s about adapting, staying ahead, and always delivering.”
One of our proudest achievements? Building a team that’s as passionate as we are. Our hosts, promoters, and staff are the heartbeat of PHH Hospitality, bringing energy and expertise to every event. A decade in nightlife hospitality has taught us a lot. Resilience has been key, whether navigating the challenges of a competitive market or bouncing back from unexpected hurdles. “Every setback is a setup for a comeback,” Hardy noted in his Canvas Rebel interview, a mantra that’s guided us through thick and thin. We’ve also learned the value of listening, to our clients, our team, and the pulse of Hollywood itself. That’s how we’ve stayed relevant and kept the party going strong.
